  • 2. Shopify Optimization & Performance Enhancements
    I spearheaded efforts to improve site speed, checkout flow, and product discoverability, ensuring a high-converting, frictionless shopping experience. This included refining Shopify’s backend to enhance operational efficiency for the TSC team.
