As PM for Jouer, I focused on keeping their fast-moving ecommerce engine running smoothly. This included regular homepage refreshes, new product launches, collection curation, and backend Shopify support. I was the day-to-day point of contact, making sure design updates moved quickly and cleanly through development and onto the live site.

More than just task management, this role required an understanding of how Jouer’s audience shops- and how to make their digital experience feel as polished as their product line. Whether it was coordinating a launch or helping reorganize collections, I made sure the site stayed fresh, functional, and fully aligned with the brand’s aesthetic.
